Ontario County approved a Donation and Operation Agreement with the Canandaigua Area Development Corporation to donate land and up to $9.441 million in funding and professional services for the FLCC Culinary Arts Center of Excellence. The agreement formalizes transfer of 2.519 acres at 150 Lakeshore Drive and substantial project funding for the new facility.
