City Accepts 1825 Clay From Habitat for WHO Project

Sandusky approved acceptance of the 1825 Clay Street parcel from Habitat for Humanity back into the City’s Land Reutilization Program for development under the Welcome Home Ohio program. After Habitat completes construction, the City will deed the home to an income-qualified buyer and route $30,000 in state grant reimbursement back to Habitat.
