Spring 2026 through end of Gavilan Joint Community College District 2026 summer term; renews annually unless terminated with 90 days written notice

The MOU runs through the end of the college district’s 2026 summer term and automatically renews annually at the conclusion of each college district school year unless terminated by either party with at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of the current school year. FERPA and indemnity obligations survive termination, and future appendices may be added by written agreement.
