Greenfield Public Schools is considering an agreement with Fulcrum Energy Solutions, Inc. for turnkey installation of four Autel Level 2 EV charging stations at Newton Elementary. The $39,344.82 project is structured so that Mass EVIP grant funding and a Fulcrum deduction reduce the district’s net cost to zero, with the district passing the grant payment through to Fulcrum after project completion. The scope includes all construction, permitting, commissioning, and ADA-compliant parking modifications.
