The Board is asked to renew an interlocal agreement under which Randolph County Public Health will pay Guilford County Department of Public Health $13,427 for regional workforce development activities from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. Funding comes from state Public Health Infrastructure – Local Workforce Development allocations rather than local tax dollars.
