AlexRenew continues its partnership with Dollar Energy Fund to administer the Lifeline Emergency Assistance Program, which provides bill credits and incentives to help customers maintain wastewater service. Policy revisions adopted July 21, 2026 expand LEAP’s flexibility and incentives while relying on Dollar Energy’s administration.
