Description
The County Commissioners of Allegany County are authorized to issue two general obligation bonds, not exceeding $3,786,088, to finance water main and utility improvements along Winchester Road for the LaVale Sanitary District. The bonds, to be sold at private sale to the Maryland Water Infrastructure Financing Administration, will mature in 2056 and are backed by the full faith and credit of the county.
