The District approved an agreement with Yankel & Associates, Inc. through the Ohio Schools Council to audit its FirstEnergy electric bills and pursue any overcharge refunds. Yankel will receive 30% of any refund obtained, with no payment due from the District if no refund is realized, and the term runs concurrently with the OSC Agreement.
