High schools accept machining equipment donation from college

The board is asked to approve acceptance of donated machining equipment from Northeast State Community College for Sullivan East High School and West Ridge High School. The in-kind donation, valued at approximately $25,500, includes a Haas CNC mill, an Ace surface grinder, and a Brown and Sharp granite surface plate to support Machining Technology programs. The equipment will expand hands-on, industry-aligned learning opportunities for students.
