Agreement is effective for the three-year qualification period covering Federal Fiscal Years 2027, 2028, and 2029 and will automatically renew for successive three-year qualification periods unless either party provides written notice of non-participation. The agreement remains in effect until all CDBG funds and program income are expended and activities are completed and closed out by HUD; the parties may not terminate or withdraw while it is in effect, except that the County may terminate if HUD rejects the agreement or terminates funding.

Agreement
