Agreement has a five-year initial term beginning on the Effective Date, with either party able to terminate without cause on at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. If applicable law changes materially affect either party and no replacement is negotiated within 60 days, either may terminate with an additional 30 days’ notice. No automatic renewal is specified; continuation beyond the term would require a new written agreement or amendment.
