Description

The Town of New Tecumseth has engaged Lio Research & Archives Services to evaluate 29 listed heritage properties under Ontario Regulation 9/06 as part of a phased designation strategy. Phase 1 screening cost $10,593.75, with Phase 2 work for strongly recommended properties estimated at $12,350 and full advancement of all 29 properties estimated at $18,850. The consultant will support staff by preparing detailed evaluations, Statements of Cultural Heritage Value or Interest, and designation documentation through at least September 2026.
