Effective upon adoption and approval; cooperative pricing system term not to exceed five (5) years from adoption, with renewals every 5 years in perpetuity unless terminated

Cooperative pricing system is established for a period not to exceed five years from the adoption date, subject to Director of the Division of Local Government Services approval. Garfield Board of Education shall, on behalf of all participating units, renew the system every five years in perpetuity unless all parties give written notice that participation is no longer desired or needed.
