Agreement is effective for the listed academic year and automatically renews each subsequent year unless one party notifies the other in writing before future term registration activity occurs. The District signee may terminate during the academic year via written request before any future term registration; the agreement terminates automatically if the program is discontinued or the District ceases to use it.
