The Seattle City Council’s Housing, Arts, and Civil Rights Committee recommended approval of a ground lease to MBTOD Phase One LLLP, an affiliate of Mercy Housing Northwest and El Centro de la Raza, for City property at 2929 27th Ave South. The lease will support development of affordable housing and commercial space including an early learning childcare center.
