Salt Lake County Council approved Amendment No. 1 to its lease with Salt Lake Community Action Program, expanding the leased space to 7,100 square feet at the Redwood Recreation Center for the same rate of $2,200 per year. The amendment also requires SLCAP to construct and maintain a playground for Head Start programs at no cost to the County; the County takes ownership of the playground at lease end.
