The City of Wichita approved an agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation to use up to $2.2 million in HSIP federal funds for reconstruction of the Mt. Vernon and Hydraulic intersection. KDOT will reimburse 90% of eligible construction and engineering costs while the City funds remaining and non-participating expenses.
