The Gardner City Council will consider authorizing the City Administrator to sign a KMEA REC Directive for sale of the City’s WAPA and Marshall Wind renewable energy credits and to have KMEA manage the RECs going forward. This action would delegate ongoing REC management and sale functions to KMEA.
