The Mason County Board of Education is asked to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia to provide a School-Based Probation Officer from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. The position will be funded through a combination of county funds and a state grant as required by West Virginia Code.
