Upon completion of the Initial Term ending at the first regularly scheduled meter read on or after January 2028, the Agreement renews automatically on a month-to-month holdover basis at PJM real-time index plus $0.02000/kWh plus other costs and applicable taxes, until either Party terminates. Seller may also modify or terminate the Agreement in the event of a Change in Law as provided in Section 20.
