Texas Capital to Buy YISD $31.2M TRAN Note

Ysleta ISD plans to issue Tax and Revenue Anticipation Note Series 2026A in the amount of $31.2 million to be purchased by Texas Capital. The short-term note, carrying a 4.05% fixed rate and callable at par, will help bridge cash flow gaps and will be repaid from February 2027 property tax revenues by March 1, 2027.
