Agreement term is one year, September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Parties agree to commence negotiations at least three months prior to expiration to consider renewal or extension. Any underpayment or overpayment based on finalized actual tuition costs is reconciled in the second year following the tuition year, capped at $250 per student due to East Windsor.
