Agreement runs through June 30, 2036, and may be extended upon written agreement by the Parties, subject to ISANA governing board approval and any required notices/approvals from the Landlord. SFSC’s rights for the full term are conditioned on ISANA extending its master Lease beyond June 30, 2028; early termination rules and reimbursement for unamortized, approved improvements apply if the Lease ends early for reasons caused by ISANA.
