The Tacoma City Council adopted Resolution RES41903 amending its jail services agreement with the Nisqually Indian Tribe. The amendment adds $4,831,162 for a total not to exceed $5,331,162 to extend jail housing and services from April 1, 2026, through April 1, 2028, with five optional one-year renewals.
