Port Plans LMS Contract with Vertosoft for $250,000

The Port of Long Beach Human Resources Division seeks approval to enter into a not-to-exceed $250,000 cooperative contract with Vertosoft, LLC for a new learning management system and related services through April 30, 2029. The agreement, piggybacking on an Omnia Partners procurement, includes implementation and multi-year subscription costs with optional extensions and maintenance services. This system will replace the existing NeoGov LEARN platform and enhance workforce training and development capabilities.
