The Beloit City Council will consider Resolution 2026-077 to grant Proof of the Pudding by MGR, LLC d/b/a Proof of the Pudding a new Class "B" beer and "Class B" liquor license at 217 Shirland Ave for the July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 period.
