The City of Eudora is considering a TIF Project Plan with Main Street Development Group LLC for Phase I of the K-10 Commerce Park, under which the developer will front approximately $15.9 million in land and infrastructure costs and be reimbursed over a 20-year term from tax increment revenues. The project will deliver streets, utilities, grading, drainage, and other improvements to create pad-ready commercial sites near the K-10 and E 2300 Road interchange.
