Brantford Council approved the 2025-26 Reaching Home Investment Plan and authorized execution of a Transfer Payment Agreement with His Majesty the King in right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure. The agreement will support federal Reaching Home homelessness initiatives in the city through 2025-2026.
