The City of Novi is considering purchasing 2026-2027 supplemental cyber insurance coverage from Cowbell for approximately $39,397. The non-admitted policy, effective July 1, 2026 through July 1, 2027, would provide a $3,000,000 aggregate limit for cyber risks such as ransomware, data breaches, and business interruption.
