Sullivan County will enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with SUNY Sullivan for up to $700,000 to continue the Sullivan Promise Tuition-Free Scholarship Program for the 2024-2025 academic year. The revised agreement provides only half gap tuition for students who delay enrollment beyond high school graduation.
