Supportive housing operations secured with Indigenous coalition

As part of the Blanshard–Hillside–Dowler–Kings housing agreement, the Aboriginal Coalition to End Homelessness will operate at least 21 supportive housing units for the life of the building or a minimum of 60 years. This operational commitment is secured through a Master Development Agreement and housing covenants with the City of Victoria.
