The Board of Public Works amended its construction contract with PCL Construction, Inc. for the Harris Place Pumping Plant 669 Rehabilitation project, increasing the construction budget to $7,074,801. A supplemental change order of up to $682,483 was approved to address delay-related work on meter pit hatches, wet well baffles, coatings, and level switches.
