Concurrent with the term of the approved charter granted February 18, 2026; automatically expires upon expiration, revocation, or renewal of the charter

The MOU term is concurrent with the charter term and automatically expires upon expiration, revocation, or renewal of the charter to a new term. Renewal of the charter and this MOU will be based in part on compliance with this MOU, County Board policy, and applicable law. Any modification to the MOU must be in writing and approved or ratified by the County Board and the Invictus Academy governing board.
