In 2021 New Fairview approved a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Sunrise, LLC for construction of the first 815 feet of Graham Road, with the City sharing sales tax revenue 50/50 for three years to reimburse infrastructure costs. After a 2022 amendment resetting the reimbursement window, the City accepted $579,071.28 in public infrastructure improvements and reimbursed Sunrise, LLC $357,121.60 through shared sales tax.
