Commencing July 1, 2026, running concurrent with the term of the current ICE Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGSA) No. 70CDCR24DIG0000001 and any subsequent IGSAs entered into by the County, unless earlier terminated; terminable for convenience by either party with 60 days’ written notice

Agreement term runs concurrently with the current and any subsequent ICE IGSAs governing the Facility; either party may terminate for convenience with 60 days’ written notice. Any amendment requires written agreement of both parties, and the parties agree to negotiate in good faith if federal IGSA modifications necessitate changes. CoreCivic may assign the Agreement to an affiliate without prior County consent; no automatic renewal date is specified beyond the IGSA concurrency.
