Webb County Detention Agreement Executed With CoreCivic

Webb County, Texas approved an agreement with CoreCivic, Inc. under which CoreCivic will house federal detainees at the Webb County Detention Facility pursuant to ICE IGSA No. 70CDCR24DIG0000001. Renewal

Any amendment requires written agreement of both parties, and the parties agree to negotiate in good faith if federal IGSA modifications necessitate changes. CoreCivic may assign the Agreement to an affiliate without prior County consent; no automatic renewal date is specified beyond the IGSA concurrency.
