The City of Lincoln approved Amendment No. 6 to the Rokeby Road Coalition Annexation Agreement with Lincoln Federal Bancorp, Inc. and others, and separately approved Lincoln Federal’s statutory claim for reimbursement of South 84th Street turn lane construction costs through impact fees. The Mayor is authorized to execute the amended agreement.
