MOU for School-Based Mental Health with Centerstone

Richmond Community Schools entered into a one-year memorandum of understanding with Centerstone of Indiana to provide school-based mental and behavioral health services for students at designated district facilities. Centerstone will staff, supervise, and insure qualified providers, bill participants and third-party payors directly, and offer equivalent services regardless of insurance status, with no direct payments exchanged between the district and Centerstone.

Initial term of one (1) year from Effective Date, with earlier termination permitted per agreement

Renewal

Initial one-year term beginning on the Effective Date, with termination by mutual agreement at any time, termination for convenience by either party with 30 days’ written notice, and automatic termination upon specified licensure or exclusion events. Agreement may be amended in writing by both parties; future renewals would require new written action but are not pre-defined.
