The Board will consider entering into a five-year F-1 Visa Educational Agent agreement with Chongro Overseas Educational Institute to recruit international students for El Camino College’s academic and language programs. Referral fees are paid per enrolled student and total combined payments across agents are capped at $75,000 per fiscal year.
