Regional Municipality of Durham Awards Technology Contract to HGLOBAL (November 2025)

The Health and Social Services Committee recommended that Durham Region Paramedic Services be authorized to negotiate and award a sole source agreement to HGlobal for up to five years to provide hardware support for ESO products, including iMedic hardware and mobile devices used with Ministry of Health CAD technologies. The agreement recognizes HGlobal as the only authorized service agent for ESO products in Canada.
