The City of Santa Cruz plans to enter into a five-year reimbursement agreement with the Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County for up to $3,684,575 to fund Non-Flow Conservation Fund conservation and restoration projects. The Water Director would also be authorized to execute future amendments within the approved Habitat Conservation Plan budget.
