The City of Harlingen entered into an interlocal agreement with Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District to use district athletic facilities for the City’s 2026 Elevate Volleyball and 7 on 7 Football League events from March 25 through May 13, 2026. No compensation will be exchanged, and the City will provide insurance and indemnification while the District maintains the facilities.
