The City of Signal Hill will enter into a Third Amendment to its Memorandum of Understanding with the Los Angeles Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers Authority to extend the term and revise the cost-sharing formula for continued Lower Los Angeles River Watershed implementation and monitoring.
