The Board approved a five-year operations and maintenance contract with The Inframark-Slater Joint Venture dba Fulton County Wastewater Partners valued at up to $28,084,782 for the first year. The agreement covers comprehensive water and wastewater system operations for North Fulton facilities from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031, with an option for an additional five years.
