Initial term runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 and may be renewed for successive one-year terms if both boards agree to renew at least 30 days before the then-current term expires. Amendments to salary or compensation must be in writing and do not by themselves extend the agreement unless expressly agreed. If Ayersville terminates, reduces in force, or nonrenews the psychologist’s employment, the agreement becomes null and Ayersville resumes 100% of prior compensation costs.
