Master Contract term is July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026, with any subsequent Master Contract to be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2025. If negotiations are not agreed to by June 30, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for up to 90 days while a new agreement is finalized, after which either party may appeal to the county superintendent or State Superintendent to mediate a binding contract. Future renewals are at the sole discretion of the LEA and are not automatic.
