Flat-fee agreement renews automatically from year to year after FY 2026-27 unless a price increase is requested, in which case the increase must be submitted to and approved by Town Council. Representation may be terminated by the Town at any time, or by the firm with 60 days’ notice. Litigation services would be under separate agreement.
