Description

The Board will vote on a $3.8 million FY 2026–2027 contract with Mental Health Association in Santa Barbara County dba Mental Wellness Center to provide mental health, intensive residential, and adult housing support services. The Behavioral Wellness Director would have authority to adjust staffing, program goals, and certain rates within the approved contract ceiling.
