City Retains Terracon For Findings Site Testing

The City of Keene retained Terracon Environmental to conduct additional contamination testing at the former Findings property after unexpected pollutants were uncovered during demolition. Terracon’s February 2026 report, completed at DES’s request, is guiding decisions on capping contaminated areas and designing the Pat Russell Park expansion.
