City staff recommended that City Council enter into a Public Art Commission Agreement with artist AJ Davis, co-creator of the Pillars of Light and Hope sculpture at the Robert Ravitz Crisis Center. The work will support the MAPS 4 Mental Health Crisis Center with an illuminated sculptural focal point.
