Description
The USM Board of Regents approved the University of Maryland, Baltimore's plan to enter into lease agreements with a development entity led by Wexford Science & Technology for the West Lexington Corridor Development Project. The developer will build and renovate multiple mixed-use buildings with over 600 residential units plus retail and recreation space to support UMB's academic and community goals.
